Meet the Director



Danielle Goertemoeller



Director





Mrs. G began her career teaching Kindergarten in Northwest Local School District. For a decade now, she has called Creative Preschool her home. She holds her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and her Master’s in Educational Administration. She hopes to help Creative thrive in its next fifty years! Mrs. G was born, raised, and still resides in Delhi. She married her high school sweetheart and they have three children!



Meet the Teachers



Beth Brothers



3s Teacher





Mrs. Brothers is married and has 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and 2 grandchildren. All three of her sons and her granddaughter are graduates of Creative Preschool. Her grandson is waiting in the wings to be old enough to attend! She enjoys teaching at Creative and helping the children grow not only academically, but socially as well. She considers the staff her family and loves working together to help the children grow. Mrs. Brothers started at Creative Preschool in 1984 but took a few years off to be with her children. She returned in 1993 and has been teaching ever since!



Stephanie Duebber



PreK and 4s Teacher





Mrs. Duebber began teaching at Creative Preschool in 2019. Prior to that, she had been a stay at home mom for nine years. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She was born and raised on the Westside of Cincinnati and married her husband in 2009. They have four beautiful children together. Mrs. Duebber had always dreamed of being a teacher and was thrilled at the opportunity to join the wonderful community at Creative!



Lee Ewry



3s Teacher





Mrs Ewry started teaching at Creative Preschool in 2003. Her first five years at Creative, she taught the Friday Friends Class. The next year, she was asked to teach a Three Year Old Class and has been teaching three year olds ever since!

Mrs. Ewry absolutely adores teaching young children and feels very fortunate to have a job that she loves where she gets to spend time with amazing little people!

On a personal note - Lee and her husband Ralph have been married for over 25 years and have two daughters - Emily and Molly. Both girls went to Creative Preschool. Emily is completing a Masters Degree in Medical Physiology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Molly is studying Athletic Training at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio where she is on the Women's Soccer Team. As a family, the Ewry's enjoy vacationing at Fripp Island in South Carolina, watching and cheering on Xavier Basketball, hiking, playing cards and just being together.



Kelly Fitz



4s Teacher





Mrs. Fitz is excited to join the Creative Preschool staff. She holds her Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Dayton and her Master's degree in Education from the University of Cincinnati. Previously, Mrs. Fitz worked as a Guidance Counselor at Seton High School for 10 years. After taking a few years off to focus on raising her three children, she is excited to return to the classroom! Mrs. Fitz has been a part of the Creative family since 2015. All three of her children attended Creative and she was an active volunteer and Board Member.



Ryan Koshover



3s Teacher and Friday Friends





Mrs. Koshover lives in Delhi with her family. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She married her high school sweetheart and has three boys. She and her family live in her childhood home in Delhi with their dog Monte and cat Tinkerbell. Mrs. K has always enjoyed working with children. She is so happy to be a part of such a wonderful preschool with amazing families.



Robin McGowan



4s Teacher





Mrs. McGowan has been teaching preschool for 20+ years. She married her high school sweetheart and has 4 children, 3 daughters-in-law and 6 grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren are Creative Preschool alums. She still has one grandchild currently attending! Mrs. McGowan loves watching the children learn and grow throughout their time at Creative. She considers Creative an extension of her family and loves working with a wonderful staff and families here!



Melissa Long



3s Teacher





Mrs. Long was born and raised on the Westside of Cincinnati. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, she went back to school to obtain a degree in American Sign Language Interpreting. She has worked in various settings, including schools, as an interpreter. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge with her friends at Creative Preschool!

Mrs. Long has been married for 8 years, with three beautiful children. She fell in love with the Creative Preschool community after her oldest son attended. As a helper parent, she was able to see first hand how impactful the teachers are on the students. She looks forward to watching the rest of her children learn and grow with Creative!



Meet the Teacher's Aides



Silvana Klawitter & Janet Neville



Teacher's Aides





Silvana Klawitter and Janet Neville were both stay at home moms before starting at Creative in 2007. They each have three children, all Creative alumni and have both been married for 25 years. They love being with the children at Creative and lending a helping hand to our wonderful teachers and staff.



Meet the Specials Teachers



Tim Goldrainer



Music & Motor Skills



Tim is better known as the front-man for the local band, The Menus. At Creative, he is known to our students as Mr. Goldie. Tim's children both attended Creative which initially got him involved at the school. Tim has been sharing his amazing musical talents and energy with Creative students for the last 4 years. Every student loves Mr. Goldie Day!



Mary Beth Depaoli



Four's Special Art



MaryBeth DePaoli began her career teaching elementary aged children, but took time off to be a Mother when her own children were born. Then, when the youngest of her five began preschool, MaryBeth also began school again, teaching Fours classes at Creative. After retiring in 2020 from her position as Creative Preschool's Director, she still enjoys her time teaching Special Art to the Fours and PreK classes.
