Our Director, Missy Tepe, came to Creative in 2022 rich with experience in early childhood education and leadership roles. A native to the Westside, Missy is family oriented. She is married with three children in the seventh grade, and a Junior in high school and a Freshman in college. She has worked with children and families throughout her career. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Counseling. She worked as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with children and adults for many years at St. Joseph Orphanage and the Cincinnati Family Enrichment Center. In addition, she was a parent educator and parenting coach at Bethesda Hospital and taught parent and child classes at the Cincinnati Enrichment Center as well as an aide and substitute teacher at a local westside preschool.
