Our Director, Missy Tepe, came to Creative rich with experience in early childhood education and leadership roles. A native to the Westside, Missy is family oriented. She is married with three children in the fifth grade, and a Freshman and Junior in high school. She has worked with children and families throughout her career. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Counseling. She worked as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with children and adults for many years at St. Joseph Orphanage and IKRON. In addition, she was a parent educator and parenting coach at Bethesda Hospital and taught parent and child classes at the Cincinnati Enrichment Center as well as an aide and substitute teacher at a local westside preschool. She is actively involved at her children’s school, serving as the Service Unit Coordinator for the St. Antoninus Girl Scout program as well as troop leader for both of her daughters.
